Registration fees include access to the main conference and the associated workshop, lunch and coffee breaks and the conference banquet.  

All registration types follow the same event-wide refund policy which is: all registration fees are non-refundable. If there are visa-related or other unforeseen issues, the organizers may, at their sole discretion, permit you to attend virtually (no refund permitted).

To be included in the program and in the proceedings, at least one distinct author must have a full non-student registration by August 31 per each accepted paper to the main conference or to the workshop.

Registration fees can only be paid by credit card (Master card, Visa, AMEX or Discover). Wire transfers may be possible. More information on that will be posted later on this page.
